1 Privacy Policy for MariTerm AB
1.1 MariTerm AB (”MTAB”, ”we”), 556246-9964, respects your privacy and the right to control your personal information.
1.2 This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, the purpose for which they are collected, how you can control your own information and how to contact us. If you register for an education, order course literature or contact us otherwise, we may process your data in connection with the registration and execution of, for example, the service or other action that is associated with the treatment.

5 Transfer of personal data

5.2 Personal data may be transferred to the “Transport Agency” and “Transportfackens Yrkes och Arbetsmiljönämnd” (TYA). At courses and events, data can be transferred to hotel / conference facilities / shipping companies and travel agencies. When printing cards and certificates, data can be transferred from the Transport Agency and TYA to printers.
5.3 This does not exclude us from using personal data counters that process personal data on our behalf in accordance with written personal data treaty agreements and our instructions.
